GrabConvert terms of use
The plain-language deal for using GrabConvert — what the service is, what you are responsible for, and what we promise in return.
1. The service
GrabConvert (grabconvert.com) provides free online tools — downloaders, converters and file tools — that run in your browser session. There are no accounts and no sign-up: you use the tools as a guest. The service is supported by advertising, and a short ad may be shown before a download or conversion starts.
2. Provided "as is"
The tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or that every file, format or source link will work every time. Features, limits and supported formats may change, and the service may be modified or discontinued at any time.
3. Your content, your responsibility
Only download, convert or process content that you own, that is in the public domain, or that you have the rights or permission to use. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and for having the legal right to use it. The tools are provided for personal, lawful use, and creators' rights come first. If you are a rights holder and believe content was processed in a way that infringes your rights, contact us (see section 8) and we will respond promptly.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use GrabConvert to infringe copyright or any other rights; to process unlawful content; to attempt to disrupt, overload or circumvent the service, its rate limits or its security; or to resell access to the service as your own. Fair-use rate limits apply per visitor so the service stays fast for everyone.
5. How files are handled
Files you upload are processed in a temporary folder and deleted immediately when your download finishes. Link downloads are fetched and passed through on the fly. We do not host, keep or store copies of your files or of downloaded content. Some tools run entirely on your own device, in which case your file never leaves it. Details are in the privacy policy.
6. Third-party platforms and links
GrabConvert is not affiliated with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Meta or Google. Links to third-party sites and services are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content, availability or terms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrabConvert and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — this free service, including loss of data. Always keep your own copy of important original files: processing is transient and results cannot be recovered once a job finishes.
